Shipping policy

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time:
We work with vetted international suppliers, so most U.S. orders arrive 8–15 business days after processing — typically 2–3 weeks total from order to door. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created; that's normal.

Rates:
Standard shipping: $4.95 flat. Free standard shipping on orders over $49.

Address changes:
Need to fix an address? Email support@pawthreadco.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships.

Lost or stuck packages:
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, contact us — we'll chase the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
